Meals on Wheels is helping more than 5,000 South Australians - elderly and housebound, those with a disability and carers live independently in their own home through the provision of delivered meals - prepared, cooked and delivered by volunteers. By people like you!

With 100 branches (40 of which are kitchens) located throughout South Australia, volunteers don't have to travel far to lend a hand and there's the added satisfaction of being able to help someone close to home.
