You may be surprised to learn that Meals on Wheels, apart from home-delivering delicious meals to people all around our State also plan a wide variety of social gatherings for our customers. 

These range in size from lunches in pubs, clubs, and our own kitchens to smaller more intimate functions in coffee shops and homes. 

We’re scouting for people who to want help us plan and run these events. Socially minded people with a social conscience. Consider this is a personal invitation to contact us to discuss how you can help.

For this role:

• A National police check is required. If you already have one that was conducted less than 2 years ago, we can accept a copy, if not we can run a check for you free of charge (and provide you with a copy for your personal use if you request it within the first 3 months of issue).

In some cases:

• First Aid training – we can provide training free of charge if you do not already have a current First Aid Certificate.
